
Adding to the uniqueness of the project, the townhouse occupies the historic site of Paula’s Ibiza, a renowned shop that played a pivotal role in shaping Ibiçencan hippie-chic style during the 1970s. The property, discovered by the owners in a state of reconstruction, had undergone significant alterations. Casa Muñoz took charge of the transformation, reversing the previous layout and even reconstructing the staircase to ensure that the home would flow seamlessly according to their vision.
